Our process starts with a detailed screening designed and supervised by our Biologists, from which we select the groups of fry with the best performance and health, so that they are sent to other production centers and to our customers throughout Panama, this protocol guarantees the production of tilapia with  the best growth rate, the best FCR (Feed Conservation Ratio), resistance to disease, one production cycle more cut and more biomass per cycle.
